Spinosa S.P.A. has put in place a process of Blockchain Technology that sees it at the forefront in the fight against counterfeiting, and a complete clarity of the process of production and control of the supply chain, from the farms to the product on the table.
The objective is clear: present its product to the public in a transparent manner, by ensuring that the characteristics of the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is discovered and appreciated in an innovative and powerful way. To this end all stages of the production chain are communicated, evidencing the high quality of the process, from when the milk is collected up to the processing of the DOP products.
This path has allowed the mapping of the farms, suppliers of the company, whose raw material is exclusively destined to the production of DOP Campana buffalo mozzarella with the brand name SPINOSA. The Blockchain Technology project puts emphases on the quality of the supply chain, the welfare of the buffaloes and therefore the full transparency of the production
processes whereby all steps are fully visible.
The promised result is a clear and legible image for the end consumer who can, in this way, make a responsible purchase, having all the elements behind the scenes of a product like the certified Mozzarella di Bufala Campana produced by Spinosa, at hand.
